On October 30, 2011, St. Mary’s Parish celebrated Thanksgiving Day by hosting a Thanksgiving Dinner for its parishioners and guests. The dinner was a huge success, with the turnout being over 100 people. The guest list included parishioners from Beausejour and Libau, as well as representatives from Cropo Funeral Chapel. After the dinner, a lottery was held with over 40 gifts donated by parishioners and local businesses.
